On Sunday night, Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers played London’s Hyde Park and surprised fans with a Stevie Nicks duet.
Nicks, who was one of the opening acts in support of the band’s 40th Anniversary Tour, arrived back on the stage mid-set to help perform her and Petty’s 1981 duet, “Stop Draggin’ My Heart Around.” Give it a listen in the fan-shot videos below (with the song starting in the second video around the 5:25 mark).
Interestingly enough, the Stevie Nicks/Tom Petty duet at Hyde Park fell just one day after the 36-year anniversary of the song’s release.

According to the BBC, during her opening set, Nicks told the crowd that Tom Petty’s one of her favorite rockers. Pretty cool stuff!
