Sammy Hagar’s parties have become a thing of legends. For this year’s birthday bash, the rocker enlisted a musician or two for performances, including Chad Kroeger (Nickelback), Jason Bonham, Toby Keith, Darryl McDaniels (Run DMC), Vinnie Paul (Pantera), & Eddie Money, among others.

The event, which takes place over the course of multiple days at Hagar’s Cabo Wabo Cantina in Cabo San Lucas, will be filmed and sent over to theaters nationwide for one night only on December 5, 2017 at 7:30 PM local time.
Dubbed Red Til I’m Dead: Sammy Hagar’s Rock-N-Roll Birthday Bash, the 70th birthday film will be a roundup of some of the highlights from the four-day celebration, including a behind-the-scenes look at Hagar’s music. Pair that with one of these recipes inspired by Hagar’s restaurant and you’re basically at the party in person.
Tickets for the December 5 showing go on sale October 23 on Fathom Events’ website.
