HBO’s much-anticipated David Bowie documentary is almost here, and in anticipation of its premiere, the network has shared a teaser trailer.

We’re not gonna lie, the minute-long clip, which ends with a pretty cool quote from Bowie on his creativity, is entrancing. Our guess? This doc’s about to blow fans’ minds and impress even those who may not be entirely sold on Bowie.

Give the teaser a watch below!

As its name suggests, the Francis Whately-directed documentary, David Bowie: The Last Five Years, centers on the end of the late legend’s life, with a focus on his music’s evolution, his musical Lazarus, and his final albums: 2013’s The Next Day and 2016’s Blackstar.

The Last Five Years makes its HBO debut on January 8—the day that would’ve been Bowie’s 71st birthday.
